HOW WE DO THE SHIPPING

Direct shipping from our warehouse allows us to offer you unique products that are not available in stores at exceptional prices.

Tracking emails are automatically sent from our website as soon as our suppliers fulfill the orders. Tracking updates typically appear after a few days, with most updates arriving once orders reach the destination country. It is not uncommon for this to take a little longer compared to domestic shipments you are accustomed to.

Our headquarters are located in Spain, but we engage in direct shipping, which means products are shipped from different parts of the world directly to your address.

TIMELINES

Orders will be fulfilled within 2-5 days from our warehouse if we have stock of the selected product and will reach their destination within 7-20 days after fulfillment.
